Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy is provided pursuant to the Washington My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373) and similar state consumer health data laws. It applies to consumer health data collected through the SnusStop mobile application.

1. Categories of Consumer Health Data Collected

2. Sources of Consumer Health Data
All consumer health data is collected directly from you through your use of the App. We do not purchase, obtain, or infer consumer health data from third-party sources.
3. Purposes for Collection and Use
- Providing the core functionality of the App (tracking, progress display, craving management)
- Displaying your personal statistics and milestones
- Personalizing support content based on your usage patterns
- Sending relevant push notifications (if you have enabled them)
We do not use consumer health data for advertising, marketing to third parties, or any purpose not listed above.
4. Sharing of Consumer Health Data
We do not sell consumer health data.
Consumer health data is shared only with the following service provider, solely as necessary to operate the App:

The following service providers do not receive consumer health data:
- Sentry (error tracking) — receives only anonymized crash data
- RevenueCat (subscriptions) — receives only user ID and purchase data
- Vercel (hosting) — receives only server logs
- Cloudflare (bot detection) — receives only challenge tokens
- Apple / Google (authentication) — receives only email and name
We do not share consumer health data with any affiliates. SnusStop is operated by a sole proprietor (Felix Moser) with no corporate affiliates.
5. Consent
We obtain your affirmative consent before collecting consumer health data. You provide this consent through a dedicated consent screen during the App onboarding process, separate from our general terms of service.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account in the App settings (Settings → Delete Account). Upon withdrawal, all your consumer health data is permanently deleted.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Confirm whether we are collecting or sharing your consumer health data
- Access your consumer health data (Settings → Export My Data)
- Delete your consumer health data (Settings → Delete Account)
- Withdraw consent to the collection or sharing of your consumer health data
How to Exercise Your Rights
- In the App: Settings → Export My Data / Delete Account
- By email: privacy@snusstop.at with subject "Health Data Rights Request"
We will respond within 30 days. We will verify your identity before processing any request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
